About Jack Sellers
YOUR VOICE ON THE MARICOPA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
I'm honored to be the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for 2024. Before joining the Board in 2019, I served two terms on the Chandler City Council including two terms as Vice Mayor. I was Chairman of the State Transportation Board and served as Chairman of the Maricopa Association of Governments Transportation Policy Committee. I also have positions on the GPEC International Leadership Council, The Arizona Mexico Commission, Arizona Sister Cities, the Board of Valley Metro and the National Association of Counties where I serve as Vice Chair of the Large Urban County Caucus.
Priorities
I work to improve the quality of life across the region by encouraging a vibrant economy that utilizes technology to ensure we are a Smart Region. I am an advocate of intelligent infrastructure development and autonomous vehicles maintaining relationships with MAG, Valley Metro, ADOT and the Federal Highway Administration.
Specifically, we need a Prop 400 extension to ensure our transportation system can support our growing population and economy.
A thoughtful infrastructure plan will allow us to continue the rapid growth that has brought more people, more jobs, and more opportunities to our region. I support growth by helping to create a pro-family, pro-business environment.
